I really need to get this one imprinted on my mind. Mark McGuinness told me about using the voice of an idiot. (Why is it so easy to forget these simple steps?) I guess it is because we are trying to overcome a lifetime of imprinting, social, psychological, personal, etc...anyone for a partial personality transplant! Worry is the biggest worry!! You only really have to tackle that one and you have got it sorted.

Worry is something I've mostly gotten over myself, after many long years of effort. I liked your list of tips and the one added in a comment, #7, good one. I have a slightly different take on it in my blog, Are You a Worry Wart
Thanks.
