Following up on last week's blog on Burnout, here is a simple quiz to test whether or not you, or someone you know, is at risk of burning out.
The scoring goes like this:
0-6 Low risk
7-14 Moderate risk
15-22 High risk
23-30 Burnout
The scores are indicative only. If the test reveals that you may have burnout then please consult a Reverse Therapy practitioner.
