"Sceptics throughout history have argued that slavery to gurus is pretty bad too."

This is something I've been thinking about lately when reading posts on spirituality. It seems that many adapt the attitude of a "guru", or whatever their minds make that out to be, through reading about spiritual matters.

To me, this is trading one chained attitued for another. The person is still changed within the opinions he and the world instilled within him since birth.

Silence is the ultimate freer. Meditation should be mandantory!

BTW, great blog. I'm bookmarking this as you seem very wise and well informed. We need more thinkers like you!
